Environmental Policy
Overview
We take our responsibilities for Environmental Sustainability seriously; we are committed to minimising our impact in everything we do and in striving to become a net positive contributor to the planet.
We will continually improve by reviewing and challenging our performance using feedback from stakeholders and benchmarking against our contemporaries. As a minimum, we will meet our compliance obligations however, we aspire to exceed them.
Scope
Our Environmental Sustainability Policy applies to our employees and those who carry out work on behalf of Fleet Focus.
Our commitment
- Identifying our environmental risks, including climate change, and developing plans and engaging in schemes such as carbon offset projects to mitigate them.
- Protecting the environment by ensuring prevention of pollution is a key consideration in the design of all our products and services and in the selection of our partners and suppliers.
- Using resources more efficiently by using sustainable materials, reducing non-recyclable waste and ensuring reusable materials are recycled.
- Offering electronic device recycling services to our customers’ whenever used equipment is removed or updated.
- Identifying opportunities to use alternatives to hazardous, non-biodegradable and non-recyclable materials.
- Continuously working to reduce packaging and the impact of our deliveries.
- Ensuring all our employees and have the training, skills, knowledge and resources necessary to achieve the requirements of our internal standards.
- Setting expectations of those who work on our behalf to demonstrate the same commitment to the environment as we do and working with our supply chain to contribute to the delivery of ‘Our Service’
